how to make a hat completely out of duct tape

First you are going to need a few things

Duct tape

wire

wire cutters

optional

scissors

First you are going to create a frame out of the wire. To connect the wire you use the wire cutters and carefully twist them together.

Next you will wrap the INSIDE of the hat.

Now the hat has sticky stuff on the outside and you will do the same on the outside.

Finally you will wrap the brim of the hat.

Tada now you have a duct tape hat.
